Ordination for ecuministry across Christian traditions to support a gospel heritage

· Ministry,Ecuministry,Portfolio,Education,Creative

Hi Neighbors!

Ecuministry involves minstering to churches, congregations, and leaders across denominations of the Christian tradition. It is a joy to partner together for unity of the gospel (Jn. 17).

I am grateful to recently be ordained as a lay ecuminister through Christian Leaders Alliance (C.L.A.). This ongoing credit-based and self-paced program required a statement of calling, mentorship, two endorsements from leaders familiar with my ministry, and one endorsement from kin familiar with my character, plus local service requirements. Specialization options, such as life coaching, kingdom, business, and chaplaincy entail more study,

CLA Ordained Minister Dena Michele Rosko 2022

I appreciate that the president of Christians Leaders Institute (CLI), the training partner of C.L.A., staff, instructors, and colleagues for their prayers, encouragement, and fellowship during the training. I am grateful for the validation and receptivity to my feedback to integrate heritage theology, formation, and care to influence cultures and communities beyond the ostracisms of political ideologies and -isms of the world. As a result, the team invited me to create a mini-course titled "We Story of a Gospel Heritage."

I respect that C.L.I. improves access by offering donation-based ministry training for lay folk of the Christian faith who at the heart feel called to minister, and that offers practical guidance on how to minister in the officiant, chaplaincy, coaching, and early church models that did not careerify ministry. This program increased access so that I can integrate not separate life as a mom, writer, and minister.

This liminal space helps us to follow Christ. C.L.I. listened to my feedback, and kept the fellowship when agreements and understandings differed, particularly with politics and ostracizing systems, and the male voice. The support staff responded promptly and positively to my inquiries.

And yes, women can be ordained to minister (they have been doing it since the early church and ancient times (Deborah, Mary, Jael, and more!). Read more of my training journey here and here.

I am grateful to my community of family. prayer partners, ministry leaders, and friends for their prayers and encouragement, and to my letter writers for lovely recommendations.

Listen to my sermons for the times via Heritage Tree Podcast (2021-2024). As an ordained ecuminister, I nurture partnerships with Christians across denominations while maintaining cultural sensitivity and conscientious courtesy. I have stayed true to my calling (1 Tim. 4:14-16) to minister a gospel heritage across multiple genres, communities, and cultures through prayer, creative arts, and encouragement.

We validate and integrate one another to influence.

We influence one another as we care.

Minister, as it turns out, functions best as a doing verb to serve from a being identity from who we are in Christ.Together.

Be encouraged, stay encouraged, and encourage others for a common purpose: to love one another to prove our discipleship, and to glorify and worship Jesus.

Kindly in Christ,

Min. Dr. Dena
